Orders and acceptance
Please check the product, the quantity, the collection time and method, and the address before paying. We send an acknowledgement that the order was received; the order is accepted when we send a confirmation setting out the details and the time. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been taken, we contact the customer to propose an alternative with their agreement, or to return the amount due. We do not substitute a product without the customer's agreement.
Products and prices
All prices are in Saudi riyals. The value of the products, the tax due, the delivery charge and any other fees are shown before payment is confirmed, and the customer is issued the order document and invoice as required. Handmade products may differ slightly in appearance, without affecting the agreed description, quantity or quality.
Ingredients, allergens and storage
Please review each product's ingredients and allergen information before buying, and contact us with any question. Our products may contain wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and others depending on the product. A component not appearing in a product photograph is not a guarantee that the product is free of it, or free of incidental contact. We state the available information accurately, and the customer should follow the storage and consumption instructions supplied.
Bespoke orders and supply
The specification, timing, price and the terms for amending or cancelling a bespoke order are settled before payment. Supply to businesses and events is governed by the quotation or contract accepted by both parties, subject to applicable regulations. No special term applies that was not put to the customer before contracting.
Use, changes and governing law
The user undertakes to give accurate information, to use a payment method they are authorised to use, and not to misuse the site. We publish changes and the date they take effect; they do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders. Dealings are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over disputes. No clause is to be read as removing a statutory consumer right.
