Online Payment Policy

Effective 15 September 2026

The Arabic text is the binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience.

We offer the payment methods that actually appear on the checkout page. Apple Pay, mada and other cards are available when they are enabled technically and contractually and are supported by the payment provider, the bank and the device being used.

Completing the transaction

The total in Saudi riyals is shown before the customer approves payment, including the tax due and delivery. The transaction is processed through the payment gateway contracted with Al Rajhi Bank. It may require verification from the card-issuing bank. A pending amount appearing does not mean the order has been finally accepted; please check the order confirmation.

Protecting payment information

Enter payment details only in the dedicated payment interface. We never ask for a banking password or a one-time code by telephone, email or message. We do not store the full card number or the security code in the shop's systems; card data is handled by the payment provider, and we keep the transaction reference, its status and the limited data needed for accounting and follow-up.

Incomplete or duplicated transactions

If an amount is debited without an order confirmation, or a duplicate transaction appears, contact us with the order number, the date, the amount and the reference if you have it — without sending full card details or security codes. We check with the payment provider, tell you the outcome, and return any amount shown to have been taken without entitlement. Pending amounts are subject to the procedures of the card-issuing bank.

Refunds

We return amounts due to the original payment method, including transactions paid through Apple Pay, via the payment provider. Store credit is not imposed in place of a refund that is due without the customer's agreement. If a return to the original method is not possible, we make contact to agree a documented alternative that meets the payment provider's requirements.

Timing and contact

We begin the refund within 3 working days of entitlement being established, subject to any shorter statutory period, and send the customer notice of the refund and its reference where available. How long the amount takes to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment method and the card-issuing bank's procedures; we state the period given by the payment provider when we notify the customer. If the credit is delayed we follow it up with the provider and update the customer on the transaction's status. Enquiries: info@bakedbybm.com or 0559193712.
